Terrible Communication, Lack of Progress

Absolutely terrible experience with Russell & Russell. Our conveyancing has been dragged out, with most of our communications ignored. I have raised a formal complaint yet I’m still unable to get a response from anyone at the firm. They have asked us several times to submit paperwork that we have already given them, and failed to act when we have submitted them. We have been left weeks and weeks behind on where we should be with our remortgage, so struggling with our finances.
