Thank you Jawad Amin and Sadiya Dar
I am DR Haleema and have recently bought a house using the services of Jawad Amin and Sadiya Dar (silverdalelaw.co.uk). The things which I really loved in their service were the following.
1. They were very approachable, and I always felt that I am heard properly.
2. I found they are extremely honest and straight forward, so being a researcher by profession and a first-time buyer, I had worries that this house buying process will be a hard one for me as I have little knowledge of the field. However, after meeting them in person all my worries were gone. For example, I had one big worry that if in the process of buying a house, I pay the 10% deposit money and on the other side the bank do not release my mortgage, I will lose my deposit money. This worry was answered in a way that, 'I can exchange and complete on the same date', which meant that once I receive the money from the bank only then my 10% deposit will be released to the seller's solicitor, which really satisfied me. Similarly, the opportunity to view the house again prior making the final payment (which even though I didn't avail) gave me the satisfaction that my lawyer is a professional one, and she wants me to be safe at every step.
