We chose Campions because we were recommended them by someone else who bought their home through right to buy. Im so glad we did even though the council were slow our solicitor always responded with in a day or 2 and answered every question we asked.

Just completed my transfer of ownership today.
Couldn't ask for better service. All team was great. Special thanks to Aneeka and Mickey who made whole process very smooth and easy. On top of that it was just a fraction of the price my local solicitor asked for.

If you want to buy or sell a property, do not use this firm under any circumstances. Run away!
A few details:
- Hardly replying to communications
- Blaming other parties for incompetence.
- Never informing the customer of clear timelines or processes.
- Not responding to emails
- Not responding to calls.
- Not doing the work and not interested in closing cases.
While our friends who recommended this firm had fantastic experiences working with them in the past, based on our recent and ongoing experience, run away.
I have so many bad experiences with this firm. It took around 9 months for the completion to happen (a lot of the slow process was indeed due to our solicitors). We are now 6 months to a year after the exchange, and our team has not yet submitted our documents to the land registry yet.
So really, if you want a smooth process, go shop somewhere else.

I have to constantly chase for updates as I never hear anything. I can't get through on the phone and email responses take at least 2 weeks? Not great when you're in the middle of purchasing a property and the delays now mean I need to redo my survey.

We used the Campions team for the sale of purchase of our property and were delighted with the service we received from beginning to end.
The whole transaction was completed remotely and we found the team to be high responsive, friendly and professional. They were always happy to answer questions and the process was well explained in advance.
Using Campions certainly took the stress out of a usually stressful process.

Fantastic solicitors. After a recommendation from a friend, we chose campions for our conveyancing. Everything was smooth and professional.
