From start to finish my experience with Sills and betteridge was 10/10, I have recommended them multiple times already after my experience selling my house using them.
Kimberley Burns was my main point of contact and she was brilliant to work with. It was a really positive experience. I got replies back straight away, everything I needed explaining was explained with patience, I never had to chase anything being done. It was all professionally taken care of as and when something regarding the sale needed doing.

We recently purchased our first property and were extremely impressed with Chloe and Kathryn. As this was our first time going through this process, we had a lot (and I mean a lot) of questions. Kathryn and Chloe were extremely patient and addressed each point/concern we had. Their response time to our emails was excellent - we either receive a response the same day or the following day.
We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Sills & Betteridge to friends and family or use them again in the future.

Sills & Betteridge in Lincoln was one of those recommended by the Estate Agent. They do pay a fee to the Estate Agent for these recommendations, which they were up front about (although not mentioned by the Estate Agent!). The people I dealt with were always helpful and I never felt that the sale was held up by them, so I have no regrets about using them.
