From start to finish this was a very long process and at times very stressful. Didn't always get a reply. It only seemed that things would prigresult if I emailed them for an update. Even when I took things into the reception it wasn't always good as it would depend on who was at reception. One lady was very abrupt and most unpleasant. Her people skills were non exultant also onbthe phone as well.

Very difficult to make sense of the platform used for the house purchase/selling. We got very little information and little response to our queries. Our house sale fell through so it was fortunate for us that the team dealing with the purchase of the new property had not done anything at all so saving us money in fees!

We contacted Ringrose Law to draw up our joint wills. Our first meeting with Nerina Farmer was arranged and she has made the whole experience both easy and fun! We stated our basic requirements and she pointed out where we could improve our thoughts to give a more sustainable result. Nerina delivered our requirements quickly and without any fuss. She is very easy to talk to and not at all like a solicitor’s normal formal image!

My partner and I used Ringrose to buy our first house and Amanda who was our solicitor was amazing very helpful and made our lives as easy as possible and took all the stress off of our shoulders, if you had any questions you could ring up or use the app which they use and they would be answered then and there(if they were asked during office hours). The whole experience was great and as painless as it could be. I would whole heartedly recommend Ringrose to anyone who is looking for a solicitor for buying a house. I Contacted the Grantham branch roughly 3 months ago regarding a personal injury claim, I have been chasing it up for the entire time with not one call back whatsoever. Every time I phone I'm promised a call back from Jade Casey but never hear anything. Gave up in the end and decided to share my experience so others don't waste their time using this company. It's been so long since the injury now that it's unlikely I will be able to pursue this with another law firm so not only have they wasted my time for the last 3 months I am unlikely to be able to receive any compensation at all. Not a professional service and really not sure how they are still in business if they just ignore potential clients.

Very informative with resolving a child law issue from what was an amicable separation that turned sour quickly. Listened to my partner and myself information making us feel like people and not just a pay check. Communication could be slightly better but this was mainly down to a busy schedule and a time frame from the clients side. But in the end got the job done making sure laws and legislation were followed. A father's right to see his children is as important as a mother's.
