A full administration of my late mother's estate was undertaken, firstly by Lawrence Dunne & then by Jessica Flaherty. All enquiries were answered in a prompt, courteous & professional manner at all times, and all advise clear and concise. The staff on the reception decks were excellent on all my dealings with them, and I never had to chase up any emails, correspondence etc as all aspects were dealt with in a timely & sensitive manner. At a difficult time, the service was first class & I only have positive words for all concerned.

Great help and support from Rachael McLean, Claire Manning and all the support team at BLJ Maghull.
This office location was ideal in Maghull Central Square ( good car parking available) and it was never too much trouble for the team if you needed to go in, sort any queries there and then , all without a formal appointment.
On one visit Rachael kindly took time out from what she was already doing in what is undoubtedly a busy schedule (unannounced) to go through some details in a private room to ensure matters were fully explained and proceeded swiftly. Great Customer Service over and above what you would expect.
Clear communication throughout - highly recommend using the Maghull office in particular. Thank You.

Fantastic service from BLJ. Jenny and Lawrence were fantastic and concluded our purchase of our first home in just over 3 months. The service was exceptional. Our calls were always answered and our emails were replied to swiftly. We were kept updated on the BLJ portal app and we never felt in the dark.
