Amazing service - delivered with care and compassion

Russell Ali is the best probate solicitor- highly recommended! There was so much paperwork following the death of my husband and we just didn’t know what to do. But Russell took care of everything and we were able to focus on our family during such a difficult time. He was always easy to contact and kept us up to date, and helped us to understand the whole process of sorting out my husband’s estate. He went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful. Thank you for all your help 🙏

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Russell Ali of Judge and Priestley who we saw in the Sidcup office. We wanted to update our wills and from the first appointment, we found him professional, very knowledgeable and yet friendly, easy to talk to and very understanding of our needs. He listened carefully to what we wanted but because of our circumstances, suggested a Trust Will which he thought would be more beneficial and may save our family concerns in years to come. For that suggestion alone, we will always be very grateful to him.. Thank you Russell for all your help, advice and for decoding the complexities of legal jargon!

James was so meticulous and fast with everything when buying my house. I was let down by my solicitors at the last stage when I was about to exchange. James for Judge & Priestley came in and managed to redo everything in time to stick to my completion date which was a couple weeks away.

Selling a House

I have used WMK for the buying and selling of property. Both solicitors appointed to me were extremely thorough and professional with regards to activities such as searches, facilitating communication between myself and the other party, and providing clarifications to the other party. Professional advice provided was also balanced and in my opinion, represented the best position for me as a client.

With regards to communication, all staff that I interacted with at WMK were friendly, professional, and approachable. Communication from the solicitor on any updates to my process were regular and managed my expectations accordingly. I am very satisfied with the service that I have recieved from WMK and would not hesitate to use them again.
