Legal Ombudsman Complaint against Belmont and Lowe
Belmont and Lowe were selected to process the estate of my late husband in 2008. Probate still has not been achieved and they stepped down from their duties without any formal notification. I entered a complaint against them with the Legal Ombudsman who upheld 5 out of 8 of my complaints as follows:
