Amazing - Honest - Felt at ease after being given the runaround by LA

Liam has complex needs of disability, I approached Zach Esdaile, with his educational matters
which were dealt with expertly and he was amazing with the Local authority who were all for policy and not law
Zach has helped with Liam's financial assessments and now social care issues, which are very overwhelming. I find this department quite intimidating for a parent!
I would just like to add that Zach has helped my son educationally and socially and he has a part-time voluntary position at Chartwell House Westerham.
