I engaged Gardiners for conveyancing a house purchase, and I had an unusual constraint as I wanted a completion within 28 days of receipt of papers. Therefore I was looking for a solicitor who could deliver on a fast time line. Paul was super efficient, both in terms of the review/preparation of documentation and raising enquiries, and communication, and was always available on the phone to discuss the finer details. Paid a little more than the cheapest out there but for the service provided it was 100% worth it. Recommended.
