Support for Financial Consent Order

The advice I received from Aysha Choudhary was exemplary and the order was dealt with in a matter of weeks. Whilst not complex, there were some challenging aspects to getting the order approved which was successful on account of Ayshas advice and drafting. Her understanding of the emotional toll of this on myself and my family also helped us to navigate the most difficult time of our lives.

Solo Divorcee

I came to Geldards following a recommendation from a good friend to deal with my divorce. I have found them incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, professional in their approach and very strategic. They were very quick in all responses. via email or phone and listened intensively to my requests. Despite being a very challenge chapter in my life, I knew i made the right choice to go with them. Gweni, Gaynor and Aysha were brilliant. Thanks!!

Excellent Law Firm and Specialist Solicitors

I had dreaded making contact with my ex-partner to resolve a financial consent order - something that should have been concluded at the time of the original divorce some 13 years ago. I had an introduction with Gweni and she was able to clearly explain the need for me to get this arranged. She was able to help with my fears and doubts and provided considered legal opinion on what my rights and the rights of my ex-partner were. She allowed the doubt to turn to hope and this has resulted in me obtaining an agreed financial consent order after all this time. Thank you.

Aysha helped me get to grips with the realities of the family courts and really helped prevent potentially dire consequences for the children. I was given realistic expectations and excellent advice. I will be thankful for that always.

Against all odds!

Extremely pleased with the team assigned to deal with my case. Knowledgeable, helpful and experienced. The direction, guidance and timing was very good and they were able to take away much of the stress from a very difficult situation and where the outcome was so critical for those involved.

Child Access

I contacted Aysha initially to discuss options of a local lawyer at a potentially lower rate of pay. After a free 15 minute telephone conversation I knew that I wanted Aysha to deal with my case of gaining access to my children. Aysha is intelligent, professional, extremely knowledgeable, experienced, honest, concise and compassionate. She eased my doubts and empowered me in the beliefs I had about what I was dealing with. She immediately set to work to put a stop to the problems I was facing of gaining access to my children via my ex-partner and her lawyer, even to the point of where communication between myself and my ex-partner is now re-established directly and I am happy with the contact I am getting with my children and the communication channels that have been re-opened. I highly recommend using Aysha for your family disputes. You won't be disappointed.

Looked after by Bridget, 100% genuine and very nice. The receptionist was also very helpful, chatted, and made us feel welcome. Overall, they kept us updated and answered emails within hours, not day/weeks. Would definitely recommend this firm above all others. (NOT TO BIG FOR THERE BOOTS)
