I advise to avoid this firm. They are the most unprofessional lawyers I have ever seen. They messed-up my case but I was lucky enough that the case worker on my case was a very nice person. When I first went to meet and explain my case, they were really nice and also gave me concession for paying in three installments. 1st installment was when I submit the case which they did. 2nd installment was when submitting the documents online which I paid when I handed over and scanned my docs and third installment was after the case result. After 4 months of submitting the case I received an email from home office case worker warning me of making the decision without the documents as she did not receive any documents from my solicitor even after sending them emails for documents. She said she had given the last date of submission which was passed two days. When I called the solicitors they said they have submitted the documents and there must be some misunderstanding so I went to see the solicitors next day. Even after the severity of my case, they made me wait for one and half hour. When I was waiting there I received a call from home office case worker who said I can send the documents myself on the email id she gave me. She also told me that she had given this option to the solicitors as well assuming that the firm might be haveing some problem submitting documents online. The jein solicitors did not respond to several emails from the home office which could have resulted in refusing of my visa. I am sure because of the ignorance of the firm my visa was delayed too because I received it in 10 days of submitting my documents through email, so Jein solicitors charged me so much money just for filling up my case form online. Really bad experience for me.
