Amazing company. They dealt with the guarantees of our BTL remortgage. Their price was competitive and far cheaper than the solicitors my estate agent had recommended. Muhammad, who looked after us, was very responsive, easy to contact, and completed our forms by the deadline. He managed to squeeze us in between another appointment with very short notice. I cannot rate this company highly enough, especially Muhammad, who did the bulk of the work on our case and whom we pestered frequently. I'd recommend this company to everyone! I can't thank them enough for making our BTL purchase as stress-free as possible.
