Exemplary Service

I had a case I wanted dealt with that was refused by a few other solicitors that I contacted. When I contacted Mr Peter Otto he immediately told me yes. He went above and beyond to ensure the case was won and to him I am utterly grateful. I would be happy and willing to recommend the services of Mr Peter Otto & Co Solicitors to anyone. The best in London in my opinion.

Legal Client Experience

The above Solicitors handled my Family Law case with vigour, tenacity and diligence. It was a highly complex case with an international element, the way in which it was handled was with precision. The time taken to build the framework was well paced however once that was grasped the situation was well understood, documentation was rapid and efficient with no misunderstandings and or mistakes.

On several occasions, they had to deal with ‘curve-balls and the goal post shifting perpetually. Peter Otto & Co Solicitors were both malleable and resilient to align with the changes within a short period of time. Their application of applying Lean Six Sigma is very evident. The drivers behind law firms using Six Sigma are the same drivers behind every business that applies Six Sigma methodology: Increased efficiency for the business and increased value for the customer. Visibly having this experience first-hand is rare and reflected in the delivery of their legal services.

It takes a diligent organisation to handle complex matters and within that they ensured there was free and accessible flow of communication. It is not uncommon to see courteousness and a salutation in the reception area afforded to all clients and that means a lot in terms of customer experience and service quality. The key to client care is to continuously build confidence and trust, I have been well represented and I am extremely ecstatic and grateful to all members involved in my case.
