Lakshmi and Aswathy were incredibly helpful in helping us complete our first home purchase. We had a stressful time dealing with the seller's unresponsive solicitors, but Smart Legal were incredibly efficient in resolving blockers and chasing up unresolved items so that we were able to complete on our new home by the agreed date. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Avoid at all cost!!!! Don’t trust all these Google review. Everyone recommended Lakshmi but she is very unprofessional. I let her handled my case at first but after the first week it was 0 progress nothing has been done at all. I tried to call her as I want to speak to her in person, the receptionist would always say she is busy and she will call you back. But actually she would never call you back, so you have to keep calling and calling again then you might be able to connect to her assistant. Besides, it took two to three days for her assistant to reply to email, I asked them how come they can’t reply quicker they said if I want them to reply within 24 hours I have to pay extra! How ridiculous is that? It should be their responsibility to reply to clients within the day. Also they even got my name and address wrong!! At last I have to change my solicitor coz they were just too ridiculous and unprofessional
