Very Professional, responsive and cooperative..

I won my appeal against the home office with chess solicitors, it was very hard case and Mr. Sen really helped me and was always there when I needed advice or clarification, after the tribunal decision I had a long wait and Mr. Sen made a complaint which lead to get my visa letter within a couple of weeks..

Avoid this firm, very unprofessional.

If I could give them zero, I would have.
My advice to anybody thinking of trusting them with your immigration case, stay far away from them.
All they care about is your money, they will mishandle your case and traumatise you. When you call to complain they won’t even acknowledge their mistakes or listen to you. They are so unprofessional and rude.
Especially Mr Kouadio Tanoh, this guys will call you at midnight for no reason. He doesn’t know his job at all, he will tell you one thing today regarding your case and tell you the opposite the next day.
Avoid them at all cost and save yourself from the pain and trauma I had to endure.
The Director Arnab Sen is even worse, as he will try to silence any client lodging a complaint.

Very Unprofessional.

If I could give zero star to this firm, I would. They are absolutely unprofessional. All they care about is your money. They will take your money and mishandle your case.
I made a huge mistake in given them my case. Mr Kouadio Tanoh was very poor in handling my case (absolute lack of professionalism, he traumatised me more than I already was) and yet his director Mr Arnab Sen still defended him when reported the lack of professionalism
I believe this people don’t know there job at all.
Mr Tanoh would call me at midnight for no reasons, just to traumatise me.
He would tell me one thing today then change it to another thing tomorrow. Absolute joke.

Save yourself from the pain and trauma I went through, take your money and find a better law firm.
