Police Interview/Investigation
As soon as Thompsons Solicitors came on board to represent me (which was a very speedy service) i received an excellent and professional service. I was immediately reassured from everyone who made contact with me from Thompsons - guiding and preparing me in terms of my rights when handling the Police and during the Interview. A special thank you to my solicitor James Williams and my support assistance Kelly Campen both of whom went beyond their roles to check I was OK during a very stressful period. The outcome was a positive one.

Shocking service!!!
Never get your case to Thompsons Solicitors. Thompsons Solicitors have been utterly disgraceful with the way in which they handled my case. I had an accident at work in June 2021 and the doctor at the hospital advised me to take some time off work and I ended up having to be off work for almost 20 weeks. I decided to take legal action against my company for not having provided appropriate training and equipment at work. Thompsons Solicitors were not supportive at all with my case - even though they were meant to be the union representation for the company that I worked for. The case which should have been concluded within 12 months; actually dragged on for a staggering 28 months!!! During these 28 months - my case was passed on between 7 different solicitors and shockingly handled by all 7 solicitors (Marlene Jones, Sophie Hubbert, Andrew Rudzki, Jane Gulliford, Bradley Allmark, Kieth Whiteheard, Maomie Makita) - they had no care what so ever and dismissed the seriousness of my case. What was more alarming was that, on the 12th of December 2023 - Adina Ciciovan (paralegal) emailed me stating that they were closing my case after 28 months. I wasted two and a half years with Thompsons Solicitors who did nothing what so ever. They have caused me severe depression and anxiety during this period because of the mis-handling and the lack of support which I hoped for. In fact, Thompsons Solicitors supported the defendants case more than mine and showed me no respect! I am now left in limbo with having to find a new solicitor and only 6 months left for my case to go to court.

Charlotte is brilliant and simply the best person that I have ever work with and bringing my injury claim to a successful ending within a short period of time.
