Very good service

Tom & Lina were excellent in dealing with my lease extention. They were quick and efficient in getting things done and were fair in this dealing. Evangelina then handled selling of the property in a calm and considerate manner. The process took longer than expected due to slow communication on buyers side which estate agent was also slack in picking up on but im glad it's all sorted now. So far I have used this firm successfully twice.

We tried about 8 solicitors as we had an urgent property related document that had to be witnessed, AK law went out of their way to accomadate us, they were very friendly and helpful, the solicitor who dealt with us, Miltiades was a perfect gentleman, very happy.

Above and beyond!

Used AK Law to help with the purchase of my property. Communication was very good and actions done in timely manor. Would use again and recommend to others. Was also very helpful have people on your side with so much local knowledge, had some unique issues with my purchase and they where very good at resolving them.
