Everyone knows how stressful buying a house can be but Melony Dunn made the process so much easier. Her attention to detail is exceptional, her knowledge of the industry is frighteningly good and above all else, she very clearly cares about getting the deal done for you. I would recommended her in a heartbeat.

Selling a house can be very stressful,unless you have the backing of a good solicitor to help you along the process .That's when Bannister Preston were on hand to ease us through.Every time we had a slight problem Isobel ( Bryn ) was there to solve it ,we can't thank her enough for the calm professional way she sorted things for us,indeed whenever I phoned the office, the lady receptionist was very helpful every time.All in all I would not hessitate to recommend Bannister Preston (Solicitors LLP) to all my friends and family.Thankyou ,from Bill and Maureen Richardson.

My recent experience using B&P was my best experience with a solicitor to date.
My solicitor, Christopher Newton, was extremely efficient and a great communicator and additionally his manner was very friendly and polite and always answered my questions almost immediately. Christopher Newton and supporting staff get a 6 our of 5 from me, thank you all very much - I will be sure to use you again for my next purchase or sale!

They were very efficient in dealing with this. I didn't need to do much at all. When I did have questions I always received prompt responses.

BP were the preferred solicitor with Redrow for our first new build and also came recommended from friends who used their services before. Dealt with many of the team via email and all of them professional and clear with what I needed to do. Replies were quick and was kept up to date during the process until completion. Had no problems at all.

We just sold our house and bought a new home using Bannister Preston Solicitors as the conveyancers for both transactions. We were recommended to use these solicitors by a friend who runs a well-known estate agency in Manchester, who highly recommends them to a lot of his clients.
We have been blown away by how good they were. We were looked after by Dannielle Beard, Nichola Cooke and Lucy Oliver, who were all lovely to deal with. Compared to a previous house purchase in which we used solicitors recommended directly by David Wilson in the purchase of a new build (who charged a lot more, and were not responsive), Bannister Preston were incredibly responsive to emails, always getting back to us within 24 hours, we never had to chase them for anything. Even the estate agents on both sides of our sale/purchase couldn't believe how quickly the solicitors managed to get the sales through. We were also surprised by how reasonable their fees were.
I will be recommending Bannister Preston Solicitors to all my family and friends in the future!!
