So bad it is like a joke
1) discovered CCJ on credit report.
2) decided to hire solicitors to help me remove and fell for Treadstone’s fake reviews online.
3) Treadstone began with good comms up until…
4) Paid Treadstone. Treadstone all but disappear. Treadstone treat every request for an update as unreasonable.
5) Raise internal complaint due to lack of action within reasonable timeframe.
6) Treadstone finally start working on case.
7) Continued unexplained delays prompt me to write negative review online.
8) Stuart Matthews calls me, refuses to communicate in writing, threatens legal action for defamation.
9) Treadstone strongly insinuate they will stop working on and sabotage my case if I leave a negative review up. Treadstone refuse to communicate in any way other than by post. They have refused communication for over 6 months at this stage.
10) I receive a number of poorly written threats of legal action for “deformation”. Letter is strewn with mistakes (spelling and legal) making me realise I have hired amateurs.
11) One year later I still have a CCJ and a solicitor who took payment but refuses to work. I ring the courts and find out Treadstone filled out the N244 form incorrectly (lots of errors) and, despite being informed of this, failed to notify their paying client or correct their errors.
12) Compiling all evidence to report Treadstone Law Solicitors to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and contacting other disgruntled clients to help prove a clear pattern of behaviour.
Not good enough that this firm is able to do business this way as an accredited firm. I have all evidence to back up this review. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone unless I wanted to be sure to beat that person in court.
