Are currently dealing with my whiplash and shoulder claim but sadly no one answers the main switchboard plus their solicitor dealing with my claim never returns any phone calls and does not ring when promised

Absolute joke of a company. been trying to speak to someone since September and had absolute zero contact, spent hours upon hours on hold with no luck, sent countless emails and not a single response in months.
does anyone know if anyone actually works there. shocking company.

An awful experience, they do not care. Spent hours on the phone and one 5 minute conversation in 10 weeks. Medical report incorrect, totally unprofessional in every way. Avoid at all costs.

Phone call after phone call, 45mins on hold just to speak to a receptionist let alone a solicitor. Lost my medical records. Constantly chasing my claim up because I've had no communication via letter, email or phone call. Would not recommend this joke of a law firm. Avoid at all costs!

I ended up with RSA Law after MORETHAN offered them as part of a car insurance package. I would be better of with one of these No Win No Fe companies. Had accident in late 2016. and still waiting for developments. Passed from one case handler to another, none of which are qualified, whereas their advert states that the matter will be dealt with by solicitors. You wont hear anything for months, when you try to contact them on the premium telephone number 084 you could be hanging on for ages that's if they answer the phone. They are so rude and arrogant you wouldn't think that we were customers of RSA. After 12 months of doing little but getting paid a lot we are the losers. I wish I knew how to change to someone else. Nobody could be as bad.
