I've had a bicycle accident and broke my arm as a result. My bike repair guy recommended Robert James Law and wow, they were great! My funds arrived today. John Doyle, my Litigation Executive took care of everything. He was very pleasant, polite and friendly. I trusted his expertise and he even managed to increase my payout! Yey! Then I received an email from Isabelle Purtill, Legal Cashier at Robert James Law telling me my funds are on the way and ka-ching - I got the money the next day. I will pay my credit card off and will be able to go for some nice holidays this summer!

I was assigned to a very knowledgeable & proactive solicitor named Esme. Esme provided a real calmness but proactive professional approach to my case. She was very responsive to all queries no matter how silly they may seem. This was a great experience for me because she was very patient & understanding especially as this was my first time dealing with a claim like this. I was able to resolve the claim in a reasonably quick time. Overall I would like to thank her for her efforts and professionalism.
