I raised a case with them about a personal data violation they have not responded for over 6 months now and every time I call I get a patronising response of these things take time.
Coming from a family of solicitors I know that 6 months is far too long and they're not even allowing me to raise a complaint. I'm questioning if they're authorised to practice law now
