Just no

Want a company who will tell your Buyers that you no longer wan to sell, and hold your sale up, even though you have not instructed them of this insanity then this is the company for you!!

Oh and as an added bonus they will forget to charge you fees, bump the price up and send you a letter a year later for the pleasure. But they wont send you a final pack for evidence purposes because why would you need the final pack of your sale and purchase.

But if the above still did not convince you, you will get the added bonus of working for yourself by doing all the chasing for Mooney.

Enjoy!!!

Average and slow

Used them to move house, it seems they have too much work on and don’t chase things up very quickly took us 6 months just to move house with no issues raised. Wouldn’t use them again

Excellent, superb comms, can't praise highly enough.

We are all so impressed with Susan Ward, she is truly outstanding. Our sale was complicated with multiple owners, one wasn't even in the country, another in a care home and a less than responsive solicitor for the other side. Our original solicitor said they didn't want our case because it was too complicated so we went to Mooney Everett instead. Sue hit the ground running seamlessly and nothing was too much trouble. She is professional, approachable and friendly all at the same time. Everything was handled promptly and efficiently with no excuses because of Covid. I just couldn't fault the service from Sue in any way, she is exceptional.
Mooney Everett are lucky to have her there.
Very many thanks from all of us.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Had a motor injury claim. Took these solicitors over a year to deal with. There communication is non existent and the woman Catherine that dealt with my claim seems to have 150 days holiday a year. After them refusing two offers that took and extra 3 months without my knowledge. I was advised I will receive a bank transfer for the money that I’m owed ( 2 x less then what the solicitors made) they have received payment two weeks ago and i should have been paid 4 days ago. Nothing in the bank still and more stress on my head then when I actually had the accident. If your insurer offers these thief’s as a solicitor DECLINE DECLINE DECLINE !!!!!

Extremely professional service

I used this firm for legal support with moving home. From start to finish the support I received was first class. Both Susanna and Chloe were extremely professional and highly competent. I would highly recommend.
