Completely mishandled my solar panels claim from start to finish. After years of correspondence and providing them with endless information, they refuse to reply to any attempt to contact them. Then I found an interesting article online stating the Judge in the solar panels case has fined them a substantial amount,for submitting fraudulent claims for work that was never carried out, which has forced the firm into administration. How these people can claim to be a legitimate law firm is beyond me.

Had our mortgage claim transferred to Parkerwell after the previous solicitors went into liquidation, communication has been shocking, staff called Patrick never replied, then 3 months later i send another email to get auto response that he has left the company and to contact Suzanne Wall, which i did and still not heard anything, that was 2 months ago now, i have tried calling various numbers but most dont work now or just ring out.... guessing Parkerwall is no longer doing buisness then...

No contact and wrong information regarding my claim, very unprofessional service.

Parker Wall took years to conclude our claim even before covid. It has just finished now 3 years after covid. We didn't get as much back as we paid out even if fees etc were deducted.

The claim was finally closed a few weeks ago after several years. The firm did their best to nudge the bank to compensate but the Covid issues got in the ‘way’. I think they probably used it as an excuse to delay - not a cynic!!
