Quality of service provided

We read reviews and decided to use Liz Orman, what a mistake that was! Quite unprofessional, we were cc in emails by mistake stating do not spend time on case!

Liz Orman, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my divorce. It was a very stressful time, but she helped me get through the legal side. It took nearly two years to finalise, without Liz's expertise I would have struggled. Thank you again.

During my initial discussion with with him, Mr Heselton impressed me as factual and competent. Had I decided to pursue the matter I would have had no hesitation to entrust the matter to Mr Heselton.

Traumatic experience

Avoid at all costs! Utterly appalling, this is the worst law firm we have ever dealt with and was a traumatic experience. The service was extremely poor, and the solicitor made repeated errors during the process which we needed to do her job to check all legal documents to rectify her mistakes, bad communication, withheld the key document/information without passing to us until we found out, etc. Refused to follow their own complaint procedure, and deliberately sent the correspondence to the old wrong address which resulted in us not knowing a CCJ being issued under our names, while the complaint was still pending! Unprofessional solicitors, all they want is your money without any duty care. We have escalated them to the Legal Ombudsman who ruled that there has been some unreasonable service from Vanderpump that requires remedy. Do not recommend to anyone!

Liz Orman dealt with my case. She was thoughtful and pragmatic, always responding promptly and did what she said she would do. She resolved matters for me in the most painless way - if I were to get divorced again, I would use her!
