We could not recommend Lynwoods enough. Chloe was brilliant in assisting with the purchase of our house, as well as helping us with other various legal matters since. Chloe and Kavitha were amazing from start to finish of our journey, we had extremely difficult buyers but Chloe was great keeping things moving. We decided to sell chain free, so our purchase was performed separately a few months after our sale, and there were no questions whether we were going to use Lynwood again.
Throughout they were amazing, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Luckily we were buying a chain free property also, so it was a stress free and pleasant experience, very different from our sale!
I will send everyone who asks to Lynwood and should we decide to do this again in the future, they will be the first call I make.
