Just hopeless and inefficient

For 6 weeks, I have been trying to get information on whether or not they have a physical copy of my mother's deeds. I have Power of Attorney. No issues from them about privacy. Just awful. Promising to ring back and never doing so. Saying that their colleagues would be in touch and nothing happening.

Just rang for the 7th time - and put on hold - had to ring off to carry on with the rest of my life.

This firm promotes domestic abuse breaches data protection didn’t advise of court costs advised me to input a claim for costs for co- habitation no insurance provider pays for this . Didn’t advise me of court dates didn’t input evidence listed the case incorrectly . My solicitor was under employment in the middle of my court case passed information over to the applicant my abuser of 14 years.
They refuse to respond to ombudsman investigations refuse to reply to my complaints so I’m about to loose my home because of negligence
