First Time buyers - thank you Samantha

If I could given more stars I would. I cannot recommend Samantha enough! As first time buyers we were unsure and apprehensive about what to expect from the whole process. She helped every step of the way, answered all of our quires and explained everything to us so we where constantly aware of what was happening and what to expect. I am so grateful that Samantha was our solicitor. Thank you for everything you did to get us to completion we couldn’t have done it without you. If you’re looking at who to choose when buying / selling your home please use Williamsons, you won’t regret it.

Sarah was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was calming and containing for me and made me feel supported every step of the way. And more importantly she got me the outcome I wanted. There’s nobody else I’d recommend!

Decent representation, in the end

At court, I found the solicitor to be extremely effective.
However, there needs to be improvement in the client experience by ensuring more intimate contact. I found crucial timeframes be left until the last minute and without keeping me informed.
Furthermore, there was also the feeling that the caseload on the solicitor was crammed as heavily as possible and our meetings, including at crucial court meetings, were rushed and extremely time-limited.
