when they took my case the first few months ,things were moving smoothly then came the halt, enquired and find out that my case handler has changed, this guy took the case back to ground zero ,keep sending me repeated messages, he never went over old messages I had with the first case handler ,so frustrating . they refer me premex for some medical examination and premex send me a message that NAL has advice them to cancel their appointment with me. NAL the cost of premex will go against me for none attendance .this is a joke .over 18 months for nothing .when trying to get an update it takes months to get one but same thing asking old questions.

DO NOT USE NAL TO DEAL WITH YOUR CLAIM

This company are NOT fit for purpose! Had my case almost a year & to date have done absolutely nothing. CANNOT speak to person dealing with claim EVER as state persons unavailable but able to have a conversation with telephonist!! I call for updates to speak to person allocated to deal with my case & not to have a 3 way conversation! FAIL at returning calls or actually getting any results. Unfamiliar with case asking for me to submit information they already have! Person went in to the back of my vehicle & therefore liable for the accident & in a year NAL have failed to even get the other insurance company to accept liability!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT

Quick to start, then nothing.

Over 2 years ago my journey started. They were quick to make contact, take lots of details etc. The other party admitted liability right away, so should be fairly quick and simple. Then suddenly, no contact, no replies to texts, emails or phone calls.

Then had a new case manager and it seemed to gather speed again, up to the point where they were putting in an amount to the other parties insurance company. Was told I would hear back in 2 weeks whether an amount had been agreed... That was almost 3 months ago.

I'm sick of waiting, sick of being messed around and left waiting. Wish I had never bothered.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

If I could give a 0 star I will. The only time I've been able to communicate with them was at the initial stage of my claim. I was in a car accident where someone crashed into me. This was last year and nothing has been done. Communication is so bad, they take 2-3 months to reply with nonsense. They ignore your messages and you can't reach them via phone.
I wished I had seen these reviews before to avoid this utter disappointment.

This is my 2nd -ve review about this company. the company only seems to respond to negative review on trust pilot or google.

This claim started April 2022. then i had medical appointments etc last year. Since then there has been no progress at all. then they did not respond to me for months.

I have now sent them this message,
Last time you actually responded only after I left a negative review on trust pilot. 5/6/2023 - i was told you will have a answer by 7 days, then noone got back to me as usual. on 22/6/2023, i had a message that you are still chasing and now its 21/7/2023. I have tried calling but no luck. I am going to leave another negative review on google and trust pilot hoping someone will contact.
Please take this as a notice that if I dont hear from you in next 7 days with a definite solution I will be contacting the other party insurance directly and sorting this out myself. I will not be fooled by your false hopes of 7 days and then disappearing for months anymore.

Appalling. Avoid at all costs

Awful experience. Had to threaten them with both the Law Society and Trading Standards to get replies to emails. Ghosted us for months. Took 2 years to resolve a very standard case. Do not under any circumstances let them deal with your case

I am shocked

I am a survivor of female genital mutilation, i suffered a lot over the past 23 years, i can barely sit down sometimes since my accident back in November 2021. I did my claim with accident law everything was fine first 3months, i even received a call from the taxi driver's insurance explaining he never reported the accident although his customer was injured. February 2022 came around and i received an email from national accident law explaining that the claim is almost done, and they are finalising it and should have everything sorted during the month of February. However, i never heard fro them again, i emailed many times, left message online plus i called for months and i never got through, its like my number has been blocked. I started physical ripping from my genitals weeks after the car accident, i injured my knees, shoulder and ankle. known of which has properly healed. It is winter now November exactly one year since my accident, the cold is badly affecting my injuries, i have seasonal depression because of the pain i am in and cold. I got no reply no response nothing no communication since February apart from this one time i rang them from a friend's phone i managed to get through and i was told not to worry and someone will update me on my case, that was months ago and still i have zero replies. National accident law is and has affected my mental wellbeing whilst the accident caused me physical harm. plus, now i have more nerve damage in my genital not only from the Fgm i had at age 6 but also because of the accident made it much worse but i am being ignored. The taxi driver never reported it and now i have no response but i am living with the pain. how is this accepted? how do national express think treat me like this is a joke. i need a reponse i need an update. I require an update because i had to resort to this review to get a response. I have emailed, called messaged you guys online and i was ignored. i have a big social media platform and what you guys are doing is wrong and i will expose this firm for their lack of communication with clients of an accident, vulnerable people. my name is shamsa feel free to listen to my story on ladbible youtube, you know my email and number feel free to contact me, or this review will be the least of your problems. i realised right after the accident, my body was in shock, days later i started feeling pain from my virgina, i started ripping because of the accident. when i say ripping i mean ripping, i had fgm type 3 look it up and that day the way i was sat and the force of the accident cause a tear in my genital, then i continued tearing/ripped, fell into depression but i didnt make the connection at first because so much was happening to my body but i coudnt even get through to explain. i am still tearing plus i found out from a fgm doctor that i have nerve damage not just from the fgm i had age six but also this accident the pants i was wearing that day but without the accident i would have ripped. it would have taken alot to cause that ripping which is not straight by the way. i ripped sideways. i want, require and need a response. i need reconstruction surgery now thanks to the accident and you ignoring me is causing my mental health to be affected.
