Due to Covid hitting the world in 2020, the process of my divorce case I think was extended and took longer to be resolved. Mr Cato acted as quickly as possible, and the end result was more than acceptable. I thank Cato Solicitors for all they have done for me and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have recently used the services of Witan Solicitors and dealt with John personally with our company Terms and Conditions which then extended into our order confirmations and variation sheets. I had previously had these done by another solicitor but January this year for the first time they were put to the test with a client that did not want to pay for variations they had authorised and unfortunately my current Terms and Conditions were of no use at all as we tried to implement them for payment. We reluctantly had to credit half of the works which amounted to �4,000.00. John was very thorough and questioned throughout the process to ensure the correct results. We now have a solid system for our Terms and Conditions, order confirmations and variations and also John recommended a further system called Docusign which has been revolutionary to our business. The only surprise John gave me was for a bill less than quoted for so I was extremely happy with the service, professionalism and the cost. On a last note I would recommend that you review your own procedures before they prove to be worthless. I would have no hesitation in recommending John to any of my customers or clients

We used Witan Solicitors for an ongoing dispute that we were having with one of our suppliers. We had been contesting over �7,000 of fees for over 12 month and then we asked John to get involved. After a couple of emails and one phone call the software provider backed down and accepted our settlement offer of �750. During the call John guided us through the contract. John advised that the fact that they had sent the software to us on a CD meant that there was a precedent for our case to be won. When we came off the call, John advised us that we, in fact, didn't stand a chance of winning the case if it went to court. So, we were really shocked when they accepted the settlement. John really does know his stuff and it was a privilege to watch him in action. We really felt as though he cared about our case and he fought for us even though we had little grounds to win.
