I have received a very poor level of customer service with this firm
As one of 7 beneficiaries of my late Aunt's will, it took this firm nearly two
Years to 1 sell the property and 2 sort out her finances
It appeared that they were more 'reactive' than 'proactive' in that they
Only seemed to do something when they were 'prodded' eg for an email
Sent in August 2020 requesting an update on the house sale, the reply
Was vague and uninformative.
I would never use this firm, or recommend this firm to anyone
