Awful, rude service over phone
This review is for a different branch.
I found the staff incredibly rude over the phone, they hung up on me at one point even though it was blatant that I had more questions. I had to ring them back only to be put on to a new person who hadn't a blazing clue what my situation was, so the process took far too long. 1 star
