We have recently been awarded the Lexcel accreditation which is the highest award given by the Law Society where excellent client care standards are met, the first firm of solicitors in the Bridgend and Rhondda Cynon Taf counties with only 500 firms holding the accreditation nationwide. Victoria stayed with me through some very difficult child contact proceedings. Always there with support, advice and a witty line. If you like being left with no representation the these are your guys
Case passed from person to person, no idea who was handling it half the time. Very minimal contact had to constantly chase them up. Only time I heard off them really was when they wanted money. Ended up going down the Legal aid route only to find out that after weeks of waiting to hear on a decision it hadn't even been processed due to a solicitor retiring due to sickness ok fair enough thses things happen. New solicitor promising the world yet constantly dropping the ball. Was literally told less than 48 hours before court that I had to pay about a grand or have no representation. I ended up representing myself which actually worked out better as I never once had the same barrister. Now being chased for a figure between £1500 & £1700 as they don't actually know what the figure I owe is. Offered to pay them monthly and they've demanded more than I can afford and threatened court action if I don't meet their extortionate demands. I could go on and on about the amount of mistakes they've made. Honestly you're better of representing yourself.

Excellent conveyancer
RLE have been brilliant in helping with our house purchase.
My partner has used them before and recommended them to his friends and parents.
Special mention to Beverly who is very nice and approachable and kept us up to date and would answer any queries via email almost immediately.
As a family we have used many conveyancers over the years but RLE is the only one we have kept going back to.

The advice given was at first a bit difficult to understand (legal jargon) but it was broken down to laypersons terms.
Didn't intend to have 2 wills each for one of us resulting in more than we initially expected, but the outcome whilst explained made sense.

I have been nothing but impressed with the service provided by Beverly Cooke. Firstly, she was not the original fee earner and picked this file up over 6 months into the process. Conveyancing is hard enough at the moment, let alone picking up a complex file part way through. She has had a calming manner throughout, always available to speak to, always responds to emails swiftly and has often gone above and beyond with out of hours/weekend emails of reassurance.
I am always a little wary of solicitors that are not local/recommended by IFA's but I must admit that Beverly has reinstated my faith.
She is a huge asset to RLE Law and I would not fail to recommend her/use her again. She has worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, often late into the night, which really is going above and beyond. Thanks Beverly!
