21st November 2022, my life was turned upside down and my subsequent introduction to the legal system was not a pleasant one. I was very much a rabbit in headlights with jargon coming at me that I had no idea the meaning of and how it would help my situation. A friend referred me to Charlotte Pinsent and it was the best thing I could’ve done in moving my affairs over to Charlotte. From my first encounter, Charlotte was approachable, empathetic and took the time to understand me and the situation my son and I were in. Charlotte explained everything to me in a way that I understood and was honest and upfront on the best way forward, ultimately always reminding me that the decision was mine. Charlotte treats you like a person, rather than just a pay cheque. Charlotte really cares about her clients and is just absolutely brilliant at what she does, and any Family Law Team that has her onboard have got themselves a real gem.
