Multiple mistakes made on my case from start to finish - confidentiality was broken, I was passed through 3 different solicitors, no communication, I paid 1 year of management fees but they never transferred the fees to my management company and then tried to cover this up. And now, after submitting my complaint and thinking the whole debacle was over, my mortgage company has just informed me that the land registry was never completed. Avoid this solicitor at all costs.
