My wife and I recently needed to prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney for Financial Matters and Health & Welfare. We turned to Peter Lynn & Partners in Llanelli to do these as a local solicitor.
They were brilliant right from the first contact and both Chris Evans and Greg George were excellent and guided us through the process explaining everything to us in plain language which made the process straightforward and easy. We have now received the LPAs from The Office of the Public Guardian - the whole process was so easy and straightforward for us. I had a dispute with a car dealership over repair works being covered under the vehicles warranty. I was not getting anywhere with the dealership myself or via their customer service team. Once Jonathan from Peter Lynn & Partners was involved the dispute was settled quickly and efficiently in my favour. Jon kept me well informed along the way and I could not fault the service I received. I would highly recommend them and I would absolutely use them again.
