They handled the sale of our house and purchase of a different house and did so with nothing but the highest standard of efficiency, quality and communication. They were professional, helpful and patient with us through all the up’s and downs that come with the process. I would strongly recommend BLB and specifically Jodie to anyone considering BLB for their conveyancing. If I ever move again I have no doubt they will be who I would employ for the job.

Highly recommend Sarah Jackson at BLB

After a bad experience with another firm, I went to see Sarah to see if she could could help me resolve my divorce issues amicably and fairly. Sarah was exactly who I needed to help me through the process. Fees were transparent from the start, Sarah was always prompt, helpful, and understanding, and she managed the process smoothly. Importantly she stopped the very expensive to-ing and fro-ing between solicitors that my previous solicitor seemed to encourage, and instead she supported a more collaborative and amicable approach between me and my husband. I could not be happier with the service I received from both Sarah and her PA Philippa.

Every field has its rock stars. And these folks are pack leaders in their line of work.
As if the property buying market isn't a nightmare sh*tshow already, I had the worst possible legal representation from the jump, a couple of them, back-to-back, both of whom have since gone bust. Good riddance.
But upon recommendation from a friend, I came across Jodie and Tara at BLB. I cannot express how grateful I am for that decision. They took the weight off my shoulders. Lawyers forget they need to "dumb things down" when speaking to non-lawyers. This wasn't my experience this time. They were diligent, meticulous, and spelt out what I needed to do, by when and the implications. I was happy to play my part. They went out of their way for my interests. I couldn't ask for more.
So do yourself a favour, save the headache, and get in touch with them if you need things done and done well.
