I instructed Beeston Shenton for my house sale and purchase and had a tight deadline for completion. The service I received from the beginning has been brilliant. Prompt responses to all my questions from the initial enquiry right through to completion has made the process so much easier and a lot less stressful. Katie in particular has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

As a first time buyer our builder (Tilia) recommended Beeston Shenton to represent us during the whole process. As we were part of the new government First Homes scheme, Beeston Shenton made the whole process clear and easy to understand from day one.
The process from start to finish was clearly explained and when questions were asked (no matter how silly) they were responded to clearly, professionally, promptly and above all in clear easy to understand terms.
Our builder was not the best at communication but Beeston Shenton were able to persist and pursue until an answer was reached. If anything was unclear a quick call to the team would always be met with friendly staff with Angel and Mike being prime examples of how customer service should be.
The aforementioned builder very much soured our buying experience but Mike, Angel and all the team at Beeston Shenton made us feel better knowing that their knowledge, kindness and help made the process better for us. Especially with Mike going the extra mile late on a Friday afternoon to ensure completion could be met. (Proving the customer comes first).
I highly recommend Beeston Shenton and will be using them going forward for our families will

This review is for a different branch.
Following a request for a Will writing service on Thursday 11th April, Sophie visited my friend, Lee Griffiths at home promptly on Monday 12th April. Lee is at end of life care with MND. Sophie was extremely professional, empathetic and considerate of Lee's condition. The service provided by Beeston Shenton has been excellent from first enquiry all the way through the process. Very efficient and professional.

Could not recommend Mike Anson enough!
From the very beginning, Mike gave me utter confidence he would be able to support and process everything to do with purchasing my home.
He was so professional, yet worked so hard to ensure we met deadlines (I had a tight turn around). There were times he would email at 11pm, so this just shows how hard he works & really cares about me as a client and the work he does. Please Note, I did tell him he could contact me at any point - day or night! Haha.
I’m an utter control freak, which meant me emailing Mike 16182681 times a day, but he was fantastic and always provided information in incredible detail, so I could understand.
I would never ever use anybody other than him again & hope to be able to work with him again in the future.
Mike, you’re a credit to the company and an absolute fantastic solicitor!
