Excellent

My son and I have used Bendall & Sons in the past for both business debt collection and for conveyancing (both sale & purchase). We have always had good, professional, and pleasant dealings with all people at the company.

Pleasure to deal with

Both Rachel Smith and Tina Younger were a pleasure to liaise with and between them they make a 'crack team'! Both very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and their cheerful attitude helped to make the whole Will process much pleasanter. I would readily recommend them, and Bendall & Sons in general.

Sale of land

I was selling some land last year and had found a buyer and went to this firm to handle the sale. There was however a problem on the title which I was not aware off and did not understand. The person who undertook this work was not a qualified solicitor and did not know how to handle the problem, so instead of passing it to a more qualified person she made me feel that I was being dishonest and that I fully understood and knew that there was a problem. I lost the buyer and have had to pay for a fully qualified solicitor to solve the problem, which was a simple Land Registry form. I'm very upset that they thought that I am dishonest and they gave me quite a few sleepless nights. If you are selling property then go to a fully qualified conveyancing solicitors, avoid this firm like the plague.
