I appointed Thompson & Co Solicitors on a "No Win No Fee" contract to look into dental negligence I had experienced. I dealt with Mr. Philip Thompson (Solicitor) and found him and his staff exceptional with regard to all aspects of my case. Things were dealt with without delay and professionally. I contacted Thompson solicitors because I had an accident at work. I wasn’t happy because work never paid me for been absent after the accident, I believe they should have . Thompson solicitors agreed to get my loss of earning and compensation for negligence on behalf of the company I work for. As this was during Covid times I believe they did an excellent job for me .

I can’t recommend Mark at Thompson & Co solicitors enough. After initially receiving atrocious service from a solicitor allocated through my personal legal cover, I decided to cut my losses and go with Mark and the difference in professionalism and approach was night and day.
Mark managed my claim with knowledge and understanding from the first meeting and kept me informed of progress at every step of the process. He was always willing to spend time explaining things further if needed and would happily give advice and guidance on how best to proceed.
Personal injury claims are an arduous task and knowing Mark was taking care of everything in the background was a relief. If you need a solicitor to deal on your behalf, I wouldn’t bother looking further than Thompson & Co. The fact they are local and always at the end of the phone or email was a big plus.
I’m very happy with the outcome I received. Five star personal service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
