Excellent no-nonsense service

My divorce was very complicated because of the status of the ownership of our (mine and my ex-husband's) property. Sital made it very clear the financial implications of the divisions of our assets, and also gave me some bitter pills to swallow - the law, not her causing the bitterness! - in a very kind way, with clear instructions on how best to proceed. My ex-husband was unresponsive to most of Sital's communications, but Sital was not unwilling to chase to get the matter across the line.
Divorce is an awful thing to go through, but having Sital fight for me made it that little bit easier.

could not have asked for better representation

I just wanted to drop you a quick message to say a massive thank you for your representation throughout this court proceeding. I am extremely grateful and could not have asked for better representation. I am happy with the outcome of this case and again would like to thank you for all the hard work you have done behind the scenes for me. Sital and Sayeera have done an amazing job!

Excellent Legal Help with a very long and difficult divorce case

My case we hoped was going to be straight forward but it wasn't and ended up going to court 3 times due to my ex being very difficult and doing everything in his power to delay and cause trouble. Sital was wonderful, gave excellent advice, was very supportive and calming to me, the barristers she recommended were absolutely wonderful. Sital really was the iron fist in the velvet glove. Whatever was thrown at me she had an answer for. My ex died and the case became a difficult Contentious Probate case which Sital handled calmly and very professionally. I cannot thank her enough, a kind and compassionate lady who really knows how to handle very difficult cases.

An unexpected Court order was handled efficiently. Barristers were quickly recommended to me. What was likely to take place in the Hearing and I was listened to, guided before amd afterwards. I felt safe in the knowing my Solicitor and Barrister were working on behalf. Thank you.
