When I decided to apply for asylum, from the first consultation with Hina via the online meeting, Hina believed in my claim without requesting any type of evidence. She told me, "If you are unable to pay for the service, I am willing to support your application in full." For me, I informed her that I’m working online independently and I’ll be able to pay. Hina knew my case is complex and hard to prove my claims, so she guided and helped me. For several times, Hina was working during the weekdays and the weekends. She sent me emails after 1:00 AM in the morning, and finally, within two months since I applied for asylum, my application to the Home Office was accepted as a refugee without requesting any evidence or an applicant's asylum statement. I only did the first screening, then within one month, the Home Office emailed me with my first interview, and today I’m officially a resident.I didn’t use any public social media platforms to prove my claims; I just hired Hina. I always followed her advice and I never argued with her. I just asked her all the time, "Do you think I should do these things?" She always responded with honesty, "Thamer, the decision is up to you, but I think you should do it." So I always trusted her because she never let me down and always recommended the right things for me. stressfull experience- My experience with Nicole francisco at duncan was disappointing . throughoout my family lawmatter , i experience significant delays , lack of support and poor communication. she bever understood the case and repeatedly explained the case updates chashing for inofrmation. I raised formal and writted complaints and the replay was either supervisor on the case has left the firm or the solictor is new, why would you assign big case to unexperience lawyers , they charge you advance and they will charge you till the last penny when you raise concern. ,would not recommend this firm and especially if you are dealing with the above mentioned solicitor .
