We have dealt with Kingston office more than once and on both occasions have had pleasure of having Mrs Anneka Singh to act on our behalf for a purchase as well as sale of our property. She is simply the best solicitor I have come across in my past 40 years of being involved in property business. I highly recommend Anneka and you will not be disappointed with her services.

This was not an easy case as I moved to Australia. However, Carter Bells staff were very communicative by email and where necessary, International Post.

Superb support given buying our first house. Efficient, thorough, responsive, helpful, clear communication and written information provided. We felt in safe hands at all times. We felt Richard Bland made the whole process easier and less painful than if we had gone with another solicitor. Meeting in person at the start of the process is actually very helpful for both parties, especially for first time buyers. Using a local solicitors meant we could collect and drop of paperwork in person when required. We were absolutely satisfied with how it all went in the end and wouldn't hesitate to use Carter Bells again for our next house purchase if we can work with Richard Bland. Thanks again

Anneka is superb. Despite a few false starts which weren’t in any way her fault she got my conveyancing done effectively and efficiently. In an earlier piece of work she saved me a lot of time, effort and money by spotting a Land Registry error which she was quietly able to resolve in my favour. She is top notch.

Having been recommended Carter Bells by the estate agents, we opted for their recommendation and have been completely satisfied with the service provided. They are extremely diligent and Anneka Singh has been excellent throughout, by keeping us up to date and chasing the other side for a very speedy and hassle free exchange and completion. Would recommend and definitely use again. Many Thanks
