I want to say how happy have been with my solicitor Amelia smith. She has been fantastic from day one, clear in her communication, very attentive, the case has been somewhat sensitive and complex,and she has been so wonderful at making me feel positive, that we could get a result, and I would be able to see my children again one day, when I thought all hope was lost. I simply cannot speak more highly of Amelia. I want her manager to read this, because my mental health has been on the floor at times during the court process,and Amelia has helped me in so many ways that she may never know. Her demeanor when we have met has been relaxed and she has filed me with confidence and has re assured me along the way. Amelias speedy responses have blown me away, I've never had to chase her on anything. She is super efficient at her job. I've been amazed, truly, by just how brilliant she has been with everything, and every fine detail. She has not missed a thing, and has kept me up to date at every stage along the way. Thankyou Amelia, for helping me to see my children again, When I thought it was Impossible, when I was told I wouldn't be by their mother before i came to you. You are a fantastic representative of your firm woolens. It's been my absolute privilege to deal with you,and to get to know you.
