After a traumatic event in my life through the NHS i went to tollers for advice and to see if i had a case for medical negligence due to multiple things i endured a few years ago. This was my first ever experience of approaching a solicitors i was nervous and didnt know what to expect or even how i go about making a claim. My solicitor was approachable, full of knowledge and investigated my records and witness statements thoroughly. Though i knew the process would take a few years if it was to become a successful case and i didnt also know how i would cope in dealing with this on the side of recovery from the trauma itself my solicitor made the experience easy to cope with more then i thought i would be able to, i was always kept in the loop always had great communication from them of updates of my case. I felt comfortable in speaking of my trauma as hard as it was and still is for me to open up from what i endured, i felt listened to and generally i just felt that behind the job of being a solicitor, tristan always came accross as a person who acknowledged my personal feelings and emotions and my suffering and my bad experience that he worked so hard to fight for an outcome for me that he knew i deserved which i cant never thank him enough for. I highly would recommend tollers especially tristan he is a professional, outstanding, kind and knowledgeable solicitor who i can honestly say i am so grateful to have had to help me through my case. Even now my case has just ended he has given aftercare advice to me and has directed me to professional people who could help support me in moving forward and bringing a closure to my trauma. Thankyou tollers for everything but especially to you tristan thank you so much for everything and for all your support through these last few years.
