This is the fourth time I’ve gone to Judge and Priestley for conveyancing and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. The first two times were with Louise (Beckenham office) and the last two times with Kavitha (Bromley office). My husband and I had a particularly challenging purchase this last year - a probate property, which suffered numerous delays and a really difficult / disorganised solicitor on the seller's side. After almost 11 months of waiting, we finally received news that the probate was granted…but our mortgage offer was due to run out in less than a month and the whole purchase was in danger of falling through. Kavitha and her team were absolutely on it. They were so organised and worked quickly to make sure everything was ready…and I’m so happy to say we completed in time! Kavitha and her team gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process.
