I’d preciously used James on a transfer of equity from my ex. He’d done such an excellent job on that I decided to use him again on the purchase of my new home. Now the seller wanted a fast exchange and I explained this to James and he and his team pulled all the stops out. From start to finish James and his team were faultless in dealing with my constant phone calls and e-mails. During the renovation of our new house, it became apparent that a wall dividing our property from neighbours' properties would need to be taken down and replaced. This led to a dispute with one of our neighbours which caused us much distress. We then contacted Daniel Stern of Slater Heelis for help. This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.
