I had a telephone consultation with Dan Brooks, a partner in the litigation team. He provided excellent advice which took on board all of the facts as I had explained them, he put my mind at reast about the matter and eased my anxiety over what has been a difficult time for me. He clearly explained the pros and cons of further action and explained the fees and next steps should I wish to instruct. Rather than press me to go ahead, he advised that on balance, I shouldn't. I think that other firms may well have advised a costly but pointless exercise in interest of their bottom line. Thanks Dan!

I have nothing but high praise for Stowe and their support in my legal issues. Sometimes change of Stowe lead occurred, sometimes unexpected elements came up, often the person against whom I was litigating became disruptive, but Stowe - and in particular the superb Gemma Davison, the main legal on my case - were always steady, patient, clear, supportive and strategic. Professional - My solicitor knows her subject matter well. Accommodating - I had some issues with settling my invoice, but it was handled very diplomatically at a time when i was already under pressure from the legal proceedings i was going through. Accessible - I was able to reach my solicitor whenever i needed to and on the couple of occasions that i couldn't they got back to me in a timely manner. Thank You.
