This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.

The task of becoming an executor whilst dealing with personal Bereavement is one of the most stressful things in life. The appointment of the right person to guide you through it is crucial. Expediency, professionalism and confidence in that person's ability that is everything. When mixed with a good helping of kindness and compassion it's a winning formula. Never having used Paul Robinson before it was a leap of faith but following completion of my late father's estate I have no hesitation in recommending Elizabeth Hall at Paul Robinson who made my personal journey so very much easier.
